,At El Chobbi Labs, everything begins with my songwriting. Every lyric is written by me, crafted with intention, originality, and emotion. I don’t use AI to write my lyrics; at most, I’ll run a grammar check, but all the words themselves are 100% mine.

El Chobbi Labs Licensing & Music Use FAQ
1. How do splits work?

Publishing/Writer Royalties: These are collected by PROs (ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, etc.).

You register your song with your PRO.

El Chobbi Labs is registered as a co-writer, and we automatically receive our share.

Master Royalties (sales/streams): If you release the recording, you control the master and keep that revenue unless agreed otherwise.
What if I buy a song with lyrics and use it with my own beat?

You still must credit El Chobbi Labs as a songwriter.

Royalties from publishing are split based on agreed percentages.
What happens when I purchase?

Step 1: Pick your license type (beat, song, lyrics).

Step 2: Complete checkout → you instantly receive files (MP3/WAV, lyrics sheet, license agreement).

Step 3: If you’re registering the song → you submit songwriter splits to your PRO (we provide details).

Step 4: Release your track on Spotify/Apple Music/etc. and start earning.
Do I have to pay royalties to El Chobbi Labs directly?
No. Royalties are handled automatically through your PRO once you register your song. That way, everything is transparent and tracked properly.
Can I resell or re-license your beats/songs?
No. You are licensing music for your personal artistic use only. Reselling, redistributing, or claiming as your own is not allowed.
